The Kent County Office of Emergency Services is aware of the cellular data network outages occurring in the state of Maryland on the Verizon network. For those needing emergency assistance who are unable to make a voice call to 9-1-1, please try using another device on another carrier network or text 9-1-1. You may also elect to call from a land line phone or go to a local police department for assistance. We will provide additional updates as they become available.
