Due to a technical malfunction, the traffic signals at the intersection of Wicks Boulevard and Manor Boulevard are in flash. Repairs have been ordered but there is no known ETA currently. Please utilize alternate routes, if possible, to avoid congestion.
As a reminder, when traffic signals are in flash, the intersection should be treated as a four-way stop.
