Officers responded to the listed area on a report of a person shot. Upon arrival, officers located the male victim, 50, suffering from gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. SUSPECT: Black male adult
2. Shooting into an Occupied Dwelling (1906) 9500 Block of Brisbane Place, Bear Creek District
The male victim, 31, was inside his residence when it was struck by gunfire. No occupants were injured. There is no suspect information.
3. Robbery Arrest (2120) 1500 Block of Stanislaus Street, Seaport District
The male victim, 59, observed the known suspect vandalize a family member’s vehicle. When the victim confronted the suspect, the suspect tackled the victim and took property from him. The suspect was located by officers and arrested. ARRESTED: Jose Ferreyra, 41, for robbery and vandalism.
