Public Meeting: Annual Military Equipment Use Report

The Santa Clara Police Department invites members of the public to attend a presentation and discussion of the 2025 Annual Military Equipment Use Report, prepared in accordance with California Assembly Bill 481 (AB 481).

AB 481 requires law enforcement agencies to report annually on the use of authorized military equipment and provide the public with an opportunity to review and comment on that use. The Annual Use Report includes information on how equipment was used during the reporting period, compliance with the Department’s Military Equipment Policy, and oversight measures in place to ensure transparency and accountability.
