The male victim, 24, was in the parking lot of an area business when the suspect brandished a firearm and took the victim’s vehicle. Officers later recovered the vehicle after the suspect abandoned it. SUSPECT: Black male adult.
2. Assault with a Deadly Weapon (2000) 1600 Block of West Fremont Street, Civic District
The female victim, 26, was riding as a passenger in a vehicle in the listed area when the known suspect pushed her out of the vehicle as it was still moving. The victim was treated at an area hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. SUSPECT: Asian male adult.
3. Carjacking (0100) 1400 Block of East Twelfth Street, Park District
The male victim, 64, was stopped at an intersection in his vehicle when the suspects approached, opened the victim’s door, and demanded his vehicle. The victim complied and the suspect took his vehicle. SUSPECTS: Two adult males wearing face masks and black clothing.
