* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Visibility and road conditions may change rapidly over short distances in lake effect snow. Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday morning and evening commutes.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Gusty winds daytime Thursday could reduce visibilities in blowing and drifting snow.
