Newark Public Safety Director Emanuel Miranda, Sr., requests the public’s help in locating Eduardo Barraza, 15, of Newark, who was last seen on Saturday, October 4, 2025, at 600 Mayor Kenneth A. Gibson Boulevard.
Eduardo is described as Hispanic, 5’1” tall, weighing 115 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, a white t-shirt, and black sweatpants. He is known to frequent the area of Summer Avenue and Highland Avenue.
