The Westampton Township Office of Emergency Management is issuing a Snow Emergency for this Sundays Winter Storm.

Based on the current forecast and the potential for 6-12" of snow, in accordance with Twp Code 232-16.2, we ask that all residents take precautions starting today, to make sure that all vehicles are removed from the plowing surfaces. Any unoccupied vehicle parked or standing in violation of this section shall be deemed a nuisance and a menace to the safe and proper regulation of traffic and any police officer may provide for the removal of such vehicle. The owner shall pay the reasonable costs of the removal and storage which may result from such removal before regaining possession of the vehicle.
