Extreme Ice Danger - 3 Mile Dyea Road

At 3 mile Dyea Road, there is ice flow going over the road that is extremely slick. DOT is currently working to address the conditions but there has been an accident with some equipment that has delayed roadwork.
It is not recommended to travel along the Dyea road at this time, but if necessary, extreme caution is advised while DOT works to remedy the ice with sand/gravel. Later today, there will be attempts to extract a large piece of equipment which may prompt further delays and complications for travel.

Instructions:

Exercise immense caution if traveling along Dyea Road, especially the very icy stretch around 3 mile.
