Winter Storm Watch until 06:00PM Sunday

A long duration winter storm will bring heavy snow to parts of central and southeast Illinois this weekend in the form of two waves. The first will come Saturday morning through early Saturday evening. After a brief lull Saturday night, the bigger push of snow will come early Sunday morning continuing through Sunday afternoon.

* WHAT...Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations between 5 and 7 inches possible.
