In the event of a power outage, contact Oncor or GraysonCollin Electric Cooperative using the information below.
Oncor: Report power outages and receive updates by registering for MyOncor text alerts by texting “REG” to 66267, downloading the MyOncor App, or by calling 888-313-4747.
GCEC: Report power outages by texting OUT to 855-939-3826. You can get updates on the outage by texting STATUS to the same number. You can report an outage by completing a New Outage Form online and can view the Outage Map for status updates.
If you experience a water emergency at your home and you're unable to turn the shut-off valve after business hours or during an inclement weather closure, call 972-886-4229.
If you smell natural gas, act fast! Leave the area immediately and call 911 once you are a safe distance away.
