INCIDENT: P.C. 21310 – Carrying a Concealed Dirk or Dagger
LOCATION: 15000 block of Tawney Ridge Lane, Victorville
SUSPECT(S): Reginal Palmer, 49-year-old, Resident of Victorville
SUMMARY: On Wednesday, January 21, 2025, at approximately 3:21 p.m., deputies from the Victorville Police Station, responded to a report of an adult male chasing juveniles with a knife near a bus stop.
Deputies located and detained the suspect, identified as Reginal Palmer. Palmer was found to be in possession of a pocketknife and a set of metal “wolverine claws” approximately 12 inches in length.
Reginal Palmer was arrested and booked at High Desert Detention Center in Adelanto for P.C. 21310 – Carrying a Concealed Dirk or Dagger.
