Based on recent forecasts from local weather stations, a City of Manchester Snow Watch will go into effect at 11 PM tonight 1/23/2026. The Snow Watch will remain in effect until snow removal operations have been completed by the Public Works Department at which time an announcement will be made to Manchester residents. Parking on Snow Route streets is prohibited during a snow watch. Motorist found to be in violation are subject to ticketing or towing.
