In the event of needing emergency shelter, the Dallas Civic Center located at 206 S Oakland Street, Dallas, will be open Saturday night 8:00pm to 7:00am as well as Sunday night 8:00pm to 7:00am. Facility is accessible, with Town personnel on site for supervision.
