* WHEN...For the Extreme Cold Warning, from 6 PM Saturday to noon CST Monday. For the Extreme Cold Watch, from Monday afternoon through Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these temperatures. Hard freeze conditions with an extended period of freezing temperatures could cause ruptured water pipes.
