ORDINANCE: § 7-3.3 Snow Parking Regulations
Code/Ch 7: Traffic/Ch 7 Pt I: On-Street Traffic Regulations
[1982 Code §§ 171-25, 171-54; Ord. #634] a. Whenever snow has fallen, and the accumulation is such that it covers the streets or highways within the Borough, an emergency shall exist, and no vehicle shall be parked on any street or portion thereof. b. The above parking prohibitions shall remain in effect after the snow has ceased until the roads have been plowed sufficiently, and to the extent that parking will not interfere with the normal flow of traffic.
