Whitehall Township Snow Emergency Declared
IMPORTANT:
Whitehall Township has declared a Snow Emergency, effective 12:00 PM Saturday, January 24 through 7:00 PM Monday, January 26th.
Due to the impending snow storm the Township is asking that:
Residents and businesses remove all vehicles from roadways to assist with snow removal and cleanup efforts.
Please wait till the end of the storm to open your driveway apron as crews will only plow to open driving lanes during the storm.
Widening curb to curb will take place after the storm.
Thank you for your cooperation and please stay safe.
Also, note that JP Mascaro has decided to cancel collections on Monday. They will be operating on a holiday schedule for the remainder of the week.
Instructions:
Please ensure vehicles are clear of posted Snow Emergency Routes. If there is a fire hydrant close by your house, please clear around the hydrant. Monitor local media.
