Narrative:

On 1/21/2026, at approximately 1537 hours, deputies responded to the area of Adolfo Rd / Calleguas Creek in reference to an injury traffic collision. Upon arrival, it was determined a single vehicle initially collided with a light post then proceeded to collide with a tree located northeast of the north curb of Adolfo Road just west of the Calleguas Creek overpass.
Paramedics and Firefighters arrived a short time later and treated a total of three people. Two parties were transported to local hospitals for medical treatment. One Male adult reported minor injuries and refused medical transport. One female juvenile was transported to a local hospital and treated for injuries obtained from the collision. One male adult, identified as the driver of the vehicle, was transported to a local hospital for emergency surgery but succumbed to his injuries on 1/23/2026.
