UPDATE - Repairs to the water main on West St & Riverside Dr are ongoing, detours remain in place. See website for more details. 
Please be advised that work is continuing Saturday morning, Jan. 24, on the water main break on West Street (Route 121) at the intersection of Riverside Drive.
After an initial repair was completed and water was restored, crews identified a possible additional leak in the area. A contractor has been called in to assist with further repairs.
West Street will be closed again Saturday while this work is underway.
Area residents should be aware that shutting off and restoring water service can cause temporary water discoloration. If your water appears discolored, please run your cold-water tap until it clears.
The Wrentham Department of Public Works remains on scene and will provide additional updates as work progresses.
