State of Emergency Declared
The Bridgewater Police Department and the Bridgewater Office of Emergency Management are actively monitoring the weather forecast for Saturday into Monday. The Bridgewater Emergency Alert Page will be updated as needed (https://www.bridgewaterpd.com/emergency-alert)
Please stay off the roads during the storm for your safety and to help our dedicated DPW crews to clear the roads from the snow. Review the Townships Snow Emergency Routes (https://www.bridgewaterpd.com/snow-emergency-routes).
Do not call police communications or DPW about a street not plowed unless an emergency exists! Do not push snow onto the street.
Social Media is not monitored 24/7. If you have an emergency, call 9-1-1.
If you have a fire hydrant near your residence, please assist our Fire Departments by clearing the area around them in case of an emergency.
A reminder, clear all snow/ice from the sidewalk in front of your residence:
§ 182-1 Removal from sidewalks by owners; time limit and § 182-1.2 Dumping snow or ice on traveled way.
