Hello, Arcola. I wanted you to know that as of 4 pm, the City of Arcola will mobilize its Emergency Management operations. At that time, the Police Department and our Maintenance Teams will be on duty 24 hours until this event passes to serve the needs of residents.
We are asking, if you are aware of any of our Arcola Senior Citizens or anyone with disabilities who are still in need of assistance with preparing for the incoming Winter Weather, please reach out to us at (281) 431-5205 or (346) 686-7536 before 4 pm today.
After that time, if Emergencies arise, please call 911 for assistance. Arcola Police Department will be available also at (281) 431-5205. All other Emergency entities stand ready to assist you.
If you have questions regarding your utility (water/sewer) services during this time, you can call MOC at (281) 367-5511. Their office will mobilize at 8 pm tonight and will have representatives to assist 24 hours throughout this time.
