"SNOW EMERGENCY" declared for the Town/ Village of Harrison due to the expected snow accumulation totals. The snow emergency is in effect from 11 pm tonight (01/24/2026) until 8 am Monday morning (01/26/2026). Please have all cars parked on snow emergency routes moved from the roadway before the snow emergency takes effect. You may park your vehicle during the designated snow emergency hours at the following locations for "Downtown residents": the Avalon/MTA parking structure or Brentwood Park. "West Harrison Residents" Ron Belmont pool parking lot. If you park your vehicle in the Avalon/ MTA parking structure, you must have your vehicle moved by 8 am on Monday morning (01/26/2026).  Any vehicles left parked on designated snow emergency routes will be ticketed and towed at the owner's expense. If your vehicle is towed, you can contact the Harrison Police Department to claim and recover your vehicle. The designated snow emergency routes are as follows:

Fremont St (Broadway to Harrison Ave)

Harrison Ave (Park Ave to Mathews St)
Harrison St (Underhill to dead end past Woodside)
Heineman Place (Entire)
Lake St (Boulevard to Veterans Memorial Drive, including Taylor Square)
Madison St (Entire)
Main St (White Plains City Line to Preston Ave)
Marion Ave (Entire)
Mathews St (Entire)
Nelson Ave (Union Ave to Calvert St)
Rockwell St (Holland St to Bradford St)
Taylor Ave (Entire)
