1. Resisting Arrest (1535) 1100 Block of North California Street, Civic District
Officers responded to the listed area regarding a trespasser. Upon arrival, the suspect was armed with a large stick and swung it towards the officers. Officers used force and took the suspect into custody. ARRESTED: Arthur Ortega, 57, for brandishing, resisting arrest, and narcotics charges.
2. Armed Robbery (2047) 900 Block of East Bianchi Road, Valley Oak District
The male victims, 44 and 54, were working at an area business when the suspects entered, brandished handguns, and demanded property. The victims complied and the suspects fled on foot. SUSPECTS: Two White male adults.
3. Robbery (2135) 600 Block of North Wilson Way, Park District
The male victim, 17, was walking in the listed area when he was approached by the suspects. The suspects struck the victim and took his property. The suspects fled in a vehicle. The victim sustained non-life-threatening injuries and declined medical attention. SUSPECTS: Three Hispanic male juveniles.
4. Armed Robbery (2153) 8600 Block of Lower Sacramento Road, Bear Creek District
The male victims, 38 and 39, were working at an area business when the suspects entered, brandished handguns, and demanded property. The victims complied and the suspects fled on foot. SUSPECTS: A Black male adult and a Hispanic male adult.
5. Robbery Arrest (0325) 100 Block of South Center Street, Civic District
The male victim, 37, was working at an area business when the known suspect entered. The victim told the suspect to leave, and the suspect threatened to return and shoot the victim. The suspect left but later returned, pushed past the victim, and stole merchandise. The suspect was located and arrested without incident. The victim was uninjured. ARRESTED: Kevin Reaties, 47, for robbery and terrorist threats.
