* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero expected.
* WHERE...A portion of northern Indiana.
* WHEN...From 1 AM EST /midnight CST/ to 1 PM EST /noon CST/ Monday.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero 
  could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
