Advisory

Winter Storm Warning

Morristown friends—this one’s no joke. We’re looking at 7–13 inches of snow, plus sleet and about a tenth of an inch of ice between now and 1 PM Monday. Snow will be coming down fast this morning (1–2 inches per hour), then switching to sleet and even freezing rain later today into the evening.
Translation? Roads will go from “kinda bad” to straight-up dangerous. The Monday morning commute could be especially rough, with slick surfaces, low visibility, and conditions changing by the hour.
So yes, it’s fun to watch the snow fall… but it’s not fun to slide through an intersection or get stuck on the side of the road. If you don’t absolutely have to travel, please stay off the roads. Work from home if you can, delay trips, and let road crews do their thing.
Bottom line:
❄️ Snow is pretty
🧊 Ice is sneaky
🚗 Staying home is smart
Stay safe, stay warm, and let this storm pass before heading out
