PUBLIC NOTICE – City of Sonora road conditions update 
The City of Sonora Police Department is reporting that road conditions within the city are very slick due to current weather conditions.
Citizens are strongly encouraged to remain at home and avoid any unnecessary travel until conditions improve.
The City of Sonora and Sutton County will continue to monitor weather conditions and assess any additional emergency needs.
- For emergencies, call 911.
- For non-emergency assistance from law enforcement or fire services, contact the Sutton County Sheriff’s Office at 325-387-2288.
For out-of-town travel and road conditions, citizens are encouraged to check the Texas Department of Transportation website at DriveTexas.org.
