Borough of Ridgefield – Borough Hall and Borough Schools closure tomorrow due to weather Notice
Due to the inclement weather, all Borough of Ridgefield offices and Borough Schools will be closed tomorrow, Monday, January 26th.
Storm Update - Sleet expected to fall and accumulate till 11pm. Please use extreme caution while walking / driving on untreated surfaces. Avoid travel unless absolutely necessary. Alternate side of the street parking will be enforced tomorrow, Monday, January 26th. Be prepared to move any vehicles on the Monday side of streets. This will allow the DPW to continue snow plowing operations to reduce accumulated snow on streets and plowing back to curb so roadways will be clear. Private driveways may become compromised but clear streets for public safety is paramount.
Department of Public Works Activity Update - Plowing and salting operation will continue overnight. Please be advised that garbage WILL NOT be collected on the west side of the Borough tomorrow, Monday. White goods WILL NOT be collected tomorrow. Collections will resume on the next scheduled pickup day.
