Roadway Safety Advisory – Use Caution
The Raritan Township Office of Emergency Management urges all residents to continue using caution while traveling on local roadways.
As cleanup operations continue, the Raritan Township Department of Public Works reminds everyone not to snowblow or plow snow from driveways or sidewalks into the roadways. Pushing snow into the street creates serious safety hazards for motorists and pedestrians and significantly complicates ongoing and future snow removal efforts.
Please help keep our roads safe by:

Keeping snow on your property

Allowing DPW crews the space needed to complete cleanup operations

Traveling slowly and with extra caution, especially during overnight and early morning hours
