* WHAT...Snow and areas of blowing snow expected. Little additional snow accumulation with the lake effect snow this afternoon. Additional snow accumulation 1 to 2 inches late tonight through Tuesday. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph late tonight into Tuesday resulting in areas of blowing and drifting snow. Visibilities are expected to be reduced to one quarter of a mile or less at times late tonight through Tuesday, especially across open and rural areas.
