* WHAT...Snow and areas of blowing snow expected. Little additional snow accumulation with the lake effect snow this afternoon. Additional snow accumulation 1 to 2 inches late tonight through Tuesday. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph late tonight into Tuesday resulting in areas of blowing and drifting snow. Visibilities are expected to be reduced to one quarter of a mile or less at times late tonight through Tuesday, especially across open and rural areas.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. Road conditions may become highly variable due to the potential of drifting snow. The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday morning and evening commutes.
