Snow Emergency Cancelled 
The snow emergency in the city of Oxford has been cancelled. Motorists are still urged to drive cautiously. While parking may resume on snow routes, city road crews will be working Uptown overnight removing the large piles of snow, so please remember that overnight parking is prohibited on High Street, Park Place, and in the Uptown Municipal Lot between 4 a.m. and 5:30 a.m.
EXTREME COLD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 6PM THIS EVENING TO NOON EST TUESDAY...
- WHAT...Dangerously cold wind chills as low as 28 below zero expected.
- WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, and southwest, and west central Ohio.
- WHEN... From 6 PM this evening to noon EST Tuesday.
- IMPACTS....The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
- PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS:
- Dress in layers including a hat, face mask, and gloves if you must go outside.
- Keep pets indoors as much as possible. Make sure outdoor animals have a warm, dry shelter, food, and unfrozen water.
