Strong southwest winds this morning will become more westerly
today, gusting between 25 and 35 mph. The combination of these 
strong wind gusts and the recently fallen snow will likely create 
blowing and drifting snow, especially across rural and open areas.
Motorists should be prepared for rapid changes in road conditions
across short distances due to the drifting snow potential.
