Moderate to heavy snow is falling into Central Lower Michigan along I-96, US 127 from Alma southward, and I 94 from Battle Creek East to Jackson. Snowfall rates around 1 inch per hour causing visibilities below a mile and snow covered roads. Use caution if traveling in this area. This moderate to heavy snow will shift south of the area by 1 PM.
