Today, Public Works crews will be out widening Borough streets, intersections, and school bus stops as much as possible following recent snowfall.

As this work continues, residents may notice additional snow being moved, including in front of driveways or walkways. We apologise for the inconvenience and ask for your patience while this work is completed.

Widening roadways helps improve visibility and makes streets safer and more accessible for school buses, emergency vehicles, and other essential traffic. This work is an important public safety measure to ensure fire, police, and EMS vehicles can move through neighborhoods quickly and safely.
