INCIDENT: PC 187 – Murder
LOCATION: 40000 Block of East End Road, Lucerne
SUSPECT(S): Jeanette Rocha, 39-years-old, Resident of Lucerne
VICTIM(S): Brandon Daoutis, 38-years-old, Resident of Lucerne
SUMMARY: On Tuesday, January 27, 2026, at approximately 9:26 p.m., Victor Valley deputies were dispatched to the 40000 block of East End Road to investigate a reported stabbing. Upon arrival deputies located the victim, Brandon Daoutis on the ground suffering from a sharp force injury. Deputies rendered medical aid until they were relieved by county fire personnel. Daoutis succumbed to his injuries at the scene and was pronounced deceased.
The Sheriff’s Specialized Investigations Division – Homicide Detail also responded to the location and assumed the investigation. Through investigation, detectives identified the suspect as Jeanette Rocha, the girlfriend of the victim.
Rocha was arrested for PC 187 – Murder and transported to the High Desert Detention Center.
