What: Cold Weather Advisory
Where: NYC
When: 12:00 AM to 10:00 AM on 1/30.
Hazards: Very cold wind chills expected, with wind chill temperatures potentially reaching as low as 6 degrees below. The cold wind chills will cause frostbite in as little as 30 minutes on exposed skin.
