The Town of Old Fort has lifted the boil advisory. Tests have confirmed the water meets safe drinking water standards for any purpose. All customers should flush their water lines for a few minutes before using after the advisory lifted. This is especially important for the locations that have not been occupied or have had low water usage during the advisory period. All ice needs to be discarded.
