Columbia Water Temporary Service Interruption Notification
To Columbia Water Customers located at Covenant Rd and Robert Springs Rd:
The City of Columbia advises all water customers at Covenant Rd and Robert Springs Rd, located in Richland about a water service interruption scheduled for 01/30/2026 due to necessary water line repairs.
Columbia Water staff is pursuing work on its 4 inch and 6 inch water line located near Covenant Rd and Robert Springs Rd. Residents in the affected area will experience water service interruption or lower water pressure while staff works to restore normal service.
If you experience discolored water, please run your taps for 2-3 minutes.
Please contact the Customer Service team at (803) 545-3300 if your water is still discolored after flushing your plumbing so crews can be dispatched to flush the lines in your area.
