Please be aware, anytime the traffic lights are flashing red, treat the intersection as a 4-WAY STOP. Blowing through a flashing light can cause serious accidents. We have been made aware that the traffic light at the intersection of N Trade St & E Howard St is currently flashing red and we have contacted DOT to have them fix it. Please use caution and treat that light as a 4-way stop until the issue is resolved.
