* WHERE...Portions of central, southwest, and west central Louisiana and southeast Texas.

* WHEN...For the Cold Weather Advisory, from 2 AM Saturday to 10 AM CST Sunday. For the Freeze Watch, from Saturday evening through Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS...Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these temperatures. Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.
