The Emeryville Police Department wishes to inform the public of anticipated traffic delays on Saturday, January 31, 2026, and Sunday, February 1, 2026, due to the Grand Opening of Tokyo Central at the Bay Street Mall.
Traffic delays are expected between 10:00 AM and 9:00 PM during the event period.
