***UPDATE***
PPD requesting assistance in locating potential suspects. 4 black male adults wearing mostly all black clothing. One suspect was described as wearing a grey hoodie, and another suspect described as wearing a black hoodie with "TRUST" written in white and red. Associated with ski masks and motocycle gloves. Possible suspect vehicle is a Nissan Sentra, unkown license plate.

It is believed that suspects have since fled the scene in the area of S Mcdowell/McNeil. PPD will continue to investigate and monitor the area for any suspicous activity.
