On February 1, 2026, at approximately 0012 hours, officers responded to a report of a man with a gun at a residence located in the 400 Blk.E. Mill St. A male was observed lifting his shirt, which revealed a concealed firearm.
Officers contacted the male in the backyard of the residence and discovered a loaded firearm on his person. The subject was identified as a 17 year-old juvenile and was subsequently arrested for firearms-related violations. He was later admitted into custody at Santa Barbara County Juvenile Hall in Santa Maria.
