The Simi Valley Police Department is requesting the public's assistance with locating a critical missing adult. 76 year-old Cesar A Morales left his residence in the 4500 Block of Adam Road on Saturday, January 31, 2026, at approximately 0700 hours. Mr. Morales was contacted at approximately 0746 hours on January 31, 2026, and appeared to be fine and stated he was just going out for a walk and would return home. On January 31, 2026, at approximately 1800 hours, Mr. Morales' son called to report he still had not returned home.
Mr. Morales is described as a Hispanic Male, approximately 5'7" tall, weighing approximately 168 pounds, partially bald with gray hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue baseball style cap, clear prescription glasses, a gray zip up hooded sweatshirt jacket and gray sweatpants. Mr. Morales also has a blue walker that has a black seat.
