January 30, 2026:

  • Officer Tenney was dispatched to the 500 block of West Trail Street for a disorderly subject. A 35-year-old male was arrested for parole violation.
  • Officer Castro and Officer Morse responded to the Courthouse for a warrant arrest. A 28-year-old male was arrested on several outstanding felony warrants.
  • Officer Bean was dispatched to a domestic dispute near East Michigan Avenue and South Gorham Street. A 39-year-old female was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
  • Officer Fitzpatrick responded to the 1900 block of Deyo Street for a home invasion report. Home invasion charges will be sought on a 17-year-old female.
  • Officer Justice was dispatched to the 700 block of Tomlinson Street for a threats report.
  • Officer Richardson conducted a traffic stop at Cooper Street and East North Street. The 25-year-old female driver was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant.
  • Officers responded to Merriman Street and East Prospect Street for a shooting. The victim was treated and released from the hospital. The investigation is ongoing.
  • Officers were dispatched to a domestic dispute in the 600 block of Kennedy Street. A 23-year-old female was arrested for aggravated domestic assault.
January 31, 2026:
  • Officer Castro and Officer Morse responded to the 500 block of South Cooper Street for a stolen vehicle report. The vehicle was entered into the national database as stolen.
  • Officer Brooker was dispatched to the 1000 block of Cooper Street for a subject shoplifting. A 40-year-old female was arrested for retail fraud; 3 conditional bond violations; and multiple outstanding felony warrants.
  • Officer Castro and Officer Morse responded to the 400 block of Madison Street for a disorderly subject. Charges will be sought on a 34-year-old male for committing a larceny from a vehicle. The male was arrested for conditional bond violation.
  • Officer Goble made contact with a subject in the 800 block of Center Street. A 27-year-old male was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant. Charges will be sought on the male for possessing narcotics.
  • Officers were dispatched to the 100 block of South Higby Street for disorderly subjects. An 18-year-old male was arrested for fleeing and eluding, and resisting and obstructing.
February 1, 2026:
  • Officers responded to a stabbing in the 1000 block of South Jackson Street. The victim was treated for a non-life-threatening wound. A 23-year-old male was arrested for felonious assault.
  • Officer Brooker made contact with a wanted subject in the 300 block of West Mason Street. A 34-year-old female was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant.
  • Officer Castro and Officer Morse were dispatched to a domestic dispute in the 300 block of Moorman Drive.
  • Officer Reynaga responded to the 200 block of West Wilkins Street for a domestic dispute. A 36-year-old male was arrested for domestic assault, and driving while intoxicated.
  • Officers were dispatched to a domestic dispute in the 100 block of West Monroe Street. A 53-year-old male was arrested for domestic assault, and an outstanding felony warrant.
  • Officers responded to the 800 block of Everhard Street for a domestic dispute. A 64-year-old female was arrested for domestic assault.
  • Officers were dispatched to the 200 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Drive for a disorderly subject. A 25-year-old female was arrested for violating a personal protection order.
  • Officer Panther conducted a traffic stop at East Cortland Street and South Mechanic Street.  A 24-year-old male and a 28-year-old male were both arrested on outstanding warrants.
  • Officers responded to the 500 block of Oak Street for shots fired. Casings were located in the area.
  • Officers were dispatched to the 1000 block of Williams Street for shots fired. A casing was located in the roadway.
  • Officers responded to the 2000 block of Cascade Drive for subjects attempting to break into vehicles. JCYC refused to lodge the 15 and 16-year-old male suspects. Charges will be sought on the juveniles for resisting and obstructing, and committing a larceny from a vehicle.
