Traffic Stop Leads to Arrest of Arizona Man Found in Possession of a Leaded Cane
DATE/TIME: February 1, 2026, at approximately 10:16 a.m.
INCIDENT: PC 22210 - Possession of a Dangerous Weapon - Leaded Cane
LOCATION: K Street and Race Street, Needles, CA
SUSPECT(S): Frankie Delgado, 47 Years Old, Resident of Kingman, AZ
VICTIM(S): State of California
SUMMARY: On Sunday, February 1, 2026, at approximately 10:16 a.m., deputies contacted Frankie Delgado during a traffic enforcement stop near K Street and Race Street in the City of Needles. During the traffic stop, a consent search of his motorcycle was conducted and deputies located a leaded cane, which is a felony in the state of California.
Delgado was consequently arrested on the above mentioned charges and transported to the Colorado River Station jail for booking. Delgado remains in custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department with a bail amount of $30,000.00, awaiting a court hearing.
