...LOCALLY HAZARDOUS TRAVEL DUE TO BAND OF SNOW EARLY THIS MORNING...
A narrow band of snowfall orientated west to east will push
east/southeast overnight and may bring periods of locally 
moderate snowfall which may make for slick road conditions and
could create sudden temporary drops in visibility down to about a 
half-mile.

Instructions:

Slow down while driving and give extra braking distance especially
when driving through snowfall.
