We’re excited to announce that registration for the 2026 DPR Summer Camp Lottery is officially underway! DPR Summer Camps provide children across the District with a safe, enriching, and fun-filled summer experience focused on creativity, community, and personal growth. With camps for ages 3–5, 6–10, and 11–13 at more than 50 locations citywide, thousands of young people learn, play, and build lasting memories each summer.
To ensure fair and equitable access for all families, DPR uses a random lottery system for summer camp enrollment. This process gives every child an equal opportunity to participate, regardless of location or registration timing. The Summer Camp Lottery opened yesterday and closes on Monday, February 16, 2026. Reduced-rate applications and informational sessions are now open to help families prepare.
