On February 3, 2026, approximately 4:19 p.m., the Fremont Police Department received multiple 911 calls of a shooting that occurred in the area of Central Avenue and Joseph Street. Patrol officers responded immediately and arrived on scene within minutes. The shooting scene remains active, and we are asking people to stay out of the area for the next several hours. We will provide updates as more information becomes available.
