SUSPECT(S): Junior Andrew Bennett, 32-years-old, Resident of Pinon Hills

SUMMARY: On January 14, 2026, at 10:34 a.m., investigators from the Victor Valley Sheriff’s Station received information regarding child abuse allegations.
Detectives and Deputies from the Victor Valley Station served a search warrant in the 1000 block of Tamarack Road in Pinon Hills. During the service of the warrant the suspect, Junior Andrew Bennett, was arrested for PC 286(c)(2)-Sodomy of a minor, PC 288(c)(1) - Lewd acts with a child, and PC 287(2) - Oral Copulation of a minor.
Bennett is the head Pastor of Breakthrough Church in the city of Pacoima and uses the title of Prophet Junior Bennett. Investigators believe Bennett used his role in the church to manipulate minors and ultimately sexually assault them. Detectives believe there may be additional victims and are releasing Bennett’s photograph.
