Officers conducted a vehicle check-out in the listed area. Officers conducted a search of the car and located a firearm. The occupants were taken into custody without incident. ARRESTED: Kenneth Lowe, 39, Javontae Phillips, 29, Azael Potter, 28, and Brendasha Phillips, for weapon charges.
